At Swimwear Manufacturers we can help you develop your own swimwear brand from start to finish via private labelling or your own custom designs, that are ethically and sustainably made in London. We provide various services that will help you create fully customised swimwear that is completely designed by you and if you wish to speed the process up, you can also choose from our ready designs catalogue various bikini tops, bikini bottoms and swimsuits.
We are the UK's only swimwear manufacturer that provides 'ready designs' as well as manufactures custom designs for all customers worldwide. We have developed and tested our 'ready designs' in London ready for all of our clients to choose from. We also develop all of our client's custom designs in-house and we work closely with our clients to develop and perfect the fit of each style together.

Now here! Our brand-new service allows our customers to skip the style development process, which normally takes 1-2 months to develop from scratch. Skipping the development stage allows our clients to release new swimwear styles much faster and with more ease. All you need to do is select which styles you like, which fabrics you want and the colours then we will make you a sample so you can see it physically before placing your bulk order. We have developed our private labelling catalogue from sizes XXS - XXL. Our catalogue will be expanding very soon with brand-new designs!
Not only does our private labelling catalogue make the process quicker, it is also more cost-effective for those who have a smaller budget, due to the fact that you do not need to pay for pattern-cutting costs or multiple rounds of sampling to test the fit of the styles as well as there are no grading fees per style to create your patterns in multiple sizes when using our styles from the private labelling catalogue. Most importantly you can mix your own custom designs with our styles from the catalogue, so you won't feel restricted by only selecting private labelling designs or only using your own styles. You have the choice to select which styles you want.

At Swimwear Manufacturers we have a wide range of fabric options that are sustainable and premium.
We source only the best fabrics to use for all of our clients, our high-quality fabrics are made in Italy. We provide swimwear fabrics that are made from recycled plastic bottles (PET) and recycled ocean waste (ECONYL) made from fishing nets and carpet fluff among others.

WHAT WE DO FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT?

WORKING WITH US - THE PROCESS
CUSTOM DESIGNS PROCESS
1. PATTERNS + TOILES (4-5 WEEKS)
We create a pattern and toile for each style. (It takes 2-3 weeks for sampling fabric to arrive)
2. SAMPLES (2 - 3 WEEKS)
We make a sample of each style in your choice of fabric and size. You can choose which fabric you want per style and what colour you prefer to sample in.
3. GRADING (2 - 3 WEEKS)
We turn your patterns into different sizes and make a copy of this on card, ready for production. (Bulk fabric can be ordered during this stage which takes 2-3 weeks to arrive)
4. PRODUCTION (4-8 WEEKS)
We mass produce each style in your choice of fabrics and sizes.

READY DESIGNS PROCESS
1. SAMPLE FABRIC/TRIMS ORDER (2-3 WEEKS)
We order the fabrics required for your samples, we do not keep stock of many colours so we need to order the fabrics.
2. SAMPLES (2 WEEKS)
We make a sample of each style in your choice of fabric and size. You can choose which fabric you want per style and what colour you prefer to sample in.
3. BULK FABRIC/TRIMS ORDER (2-3 WEEKS)
We order bulk fabric for your production, it takes 2-3 weeks for the fabrics to arrive.
4. PRODUCTION (4-8 WEEKS)
We mass produce each style in your choice of fabrics and sizes.
